Information on Media Accreditation for the 「2012 Asia Song Festival」 Held in Commemoration of the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea
The “2012 Asia Song Festival”, now in its ninth year this year, is Asia’s largest pop music festival held to promote the cultural exchange in Asia and expand its music market.
This year, in particular, it is held in commemoration of the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea. Top 14 artists from 6 Asian countries including the special guest will perform and approximately 30,000 spectators will gather in Yeosu to enjoy the festival. Therefore, to promote the safety and convenience of those reporting the event, we would like to receive in advance your media accreditation applications. We ask for media’s participation and kind cooperation.

□ Spectators: Approximately 30,000
□ Line Up: 14 teams of singers from 6 countries including Hyun Joong Kim, Tiger JK & t Yoonmirae, MBLAQ, SISTAR, TEEN TOP, ZE:A, Ailee, B1A4 (Korea), Aqua Timez (Japan), Wei Chen (China), Fann Wong (Singapore), Yoga Lin (Taiwan), and Candy Mafia (Thailand) with special casting of “Brave Guys” (Korea).
2. Qualification
Media of Korean and global broadcasters (ONLY ground wave and cable broadcaster, newspapers, magazines or any other existing media objectively recognized as media).

5. Precautions to take when reporting
We kindly ask for your cooperation on the following for the settlement of a mature performance culture and maintenance of order.
1) Filming the content of the concert on the day of the event should be limited to sketches introducing the event and their exposure through the media should be limited to 10 minutes of the edited version. Furthermore, covering artists in the waiting room is strictly prohibited. Those who want to hold interviews or sketch the singers should first cooperate in advance with the artist’s managers and film only in allowed space.
