Information on Performance Watching for Foreigners

  • Foreigners may download exchange tickets of the <"2012 Asia Song Festival" to commemorate the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea> from the Asia Song Festival Web site (www.asf.or.kr). The downloading period is from 10 a.m. July 25 (Wed) to 6 p.m. August 2 (Thurs).
    ※ Reference: You may view the Asia Song Festival only after purchasing entry tickets to the Expo.
  • After downloading the exchange tickets, we will replace it to entry tickets at Exchange Booth which is located next to Ticket Box of Gate 4 after checking your ID. Please make sure that it is not possible to enter the EXPO with the exchange ticket ONLY.
    ※ It is possible to download exchange tickets from 10 a.m. 25 July 2012.

How to download

  • Enter your English name, passport number and email address and print out your exchange ticket.
  • If you have any inquiries on exchange tickets, please contact asf@kofice.or.kr
  • Only one exchange ticket is given per person and each individual should request a ticket separately.
  • When entering the site on the date of the event, you must bring your passport or its copy to enter.

Information on entry on the date of the event

  • You may enter on a first-come basis from 5 p.m. on the date of the event (Sat. August 4).
  • Entry to the performance hall is limited to 5 to 7 p.m.
